I have recently heard that a few people have been attempting to buy my books but couldn’t find them on @m@z0n.
But you can get brand new copies right here at my website. I have a small stock of copies available, and if you buy direct from me, I will include a Former Hero bookmark, and if requested, I will even sign it for you.
You will only find used copies at online vendors. I have intentionally not renewed my seller’s account on you-know-who because they have been actively killing authors and self-publishing for almost two decades. Don’t buy from them. I would rather you get a copy from the library! Just don’t do business with them.
I also have Discussion Questions about the book you can use for your book club, and I will gladly come to a Zoom call for your book club if you like.
The Former Hero is a multi-genre thriller like you have never seen before. Sometimes it reads like a 1950’s comic book, sometimes it’s a Detective Thriller, sometimes an Old Western, sometimes an intimate drama. It is intended to reward multiple readings: not everything will be obvious on the first reading.
The story centers around the abduction of a little girl and the search to find her. But the lives of several very odd characters, corrupt city government, the historical foundation of the city, and even the demon that haunts the city play big parts in the drama.
